Finally got customer support to get me a tracking number and as of today, it’s still sitting in Texas as of 9-3-26. Emailed support couple of times since I got the tracking number and no responses. Starting to wonder if this is a fraudulent website. Or maybe this is their way of saying I should have paid $30 dollar expedited shipping. Either way, unacceptable.
