Generally, orders from regular shipments take ten business days to be sent. However, note that your product will be dispatched within 20 business days. Prime products get dispatched on the very next business day after the Order. We make use of DHL, FedEx, and TNT for express deliveries. Having sent your items out, you will always receive them within 3 to 5 business days.

We now provide free shipping to all countries except Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

All order fulfillment by us is done on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the given prices do not consist of customs taxes or import duties.

Anything charged on the parcel will be the responsibility of the recipient (it is applicable for both retail and wholesale customers).

The Jacket Artisan has no control over these charges and is also unable to give approximations as those charges differ greatly from one country to the next regarding customs policies and import duties.

To avoid any surprises concerning fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office to check on relevant charges ahead of making an order.

Please be advised that shipping to military locations (including but not limited to APO and FPO), as well as to any addresses that are primarily PO Boxes (Post Office Boxes), is not permitted. Also, for further security improvements, it is required that all items that are sent out are received and signed for by the intended recipient only.

Additionally, an SMS and email confirmation will be sent to you of the time the packages were dispatched and a tracking number so you can trace the location of the packages. You will also have the option of checking the status of your Order at your own comfortable time using the Track Your Order link shown.

The option to edit your address for shipping purposes is relative to the status of your Order. In the event the order status does not reflect being shipped, please send an email to contact@jacketartisan.com and provide us with your new address so we can update it.

Should the Order be shipped already, we advise changing the address through the courier representative by providing the Order’s tracking details instead.
