Custom orders are not returnable because they are made to your specifications. In case of faulty quality or a mistake in the customization, please contact our customer service, and we will discuss the matter and also share alternative options.

P.S. The regular jackets, standard sizes, can be returned for refund or exchange.
Normal custom orders are not refundable, as they are typically made to specification. However, if there is an issue that arises with the product quality or an error in making the product, please contact us here at the customer service center.
Exchange/Alteration

The replacement jacket will normally take a period of between 7 and 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location and however the item may be in stock. After we process your return, our agents will estimate when the replacement will be delivered.
Certainly, a normal jacket can be returned and replaced with a different design. Please get in touch with our friendly agents to start the process. Please ensure the jacket is unworn and all tags are still attached. Once the jacket has been received, we will help you pick a different jacket design.
Many custom orders are non-returnable because they are made to your specifications and to your wants. However, if it does not fit you or there is a defect in the item, contact customer service. They will investigate it and can advise you on how to improve the item or even make it to suit your needs.
Refunds

Custom order (bespoke and made-to-measure): We do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders. Understand that your order is specially tailored just for you, with every detail to style, material, and accessories designed according to your specifications. This makes it quite unlikely for us to sell the item to another customer.
You can get a refund only in case of one of the following:
- You have just purchased a so-called ordinary, store-bought product.
- The standard size it is, not a custom-made one..
- Returned to sender within thirty days of delivery with all original condition and packaging intact.
Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned for refunds.
