1920s Pinstripe Long Coat Suit For Women
The coat falls past the knees. Its front is left open in the photographs, so the waistcoat and trouser waistband can be seen. Notch lapels sit above the chest welt; lower down are two flapped pockets. The fine stripes follow the length of the coat and sleeves.
The waistcoat is cut with a V at the neck and two points at the bottom. It buttons down the middle, with five buttons in all. The trousers are wide through the legs, ending without turn-ups. This 1920s-style design has three pieces: coat, vest and trousers. The cap, white shirt, chain and boots complete the look shown here.
