A regular order is the purchasing of any product on our website that is pre-listed in standard size or fit.
Pre-orders through the Jacket Artisan Pre-Launch campaign can be done, securing them at a reduced price and making you one of the few to own it, among other benefits.
To come up with the best products at the lowest price, we stock only our best-seller items and have the most focus on order-made production. This not only minimizes the product costs of the dumping of warehouses but also saves the environment from pollution by combating all the kinds of productions that waste their products.
You can either select cancellation or alter your order within just 2 days from the date of placing it. After the order is shipped, please accept the package first, and then you can return it for an exchange or refund.

We check all credit or debit card orders for the safety of our customers. If your order gets selected for screening, then you will be asked for a bank authorization code and/or utility bill so that we can confirm your information. That is how we protect you.
Feel free to complete the custom order form; there are no fees for obtaining a quotation, discussing your requirements, or having an illustration created for your custom jacket. You will only be charged when you proceed with the actual purchase of your custom order.
Our starting price for a custom leather jacket is $400 USD, while a custom fabric jacket begins at $300 USD.
If you decide to customize a jacket already listed on our website, the listed price of that jacket will be used as the base price.

We also want to know your anxieties with regard to the size, design, and quality of your order. We have worked hard on perfecting in processes so that we can deliver the best custom order to meet your expectation. How do we deal with these concerns?
Sizing
Solution: Our sales representative will request your measurements when ordering. Instructions on how to take your measurement are at the bottom of our sizing chart. In that case, there’s a pretty small chance of there being sizing mistakes when you take your measurement correctly.
Design & Quality
Solution: Before we hand your order over to the staff, our creative team needs to design a digital illustrations Rendering to give you an overall idea about your final customized product.
We also get pictures of your actual product when we ship them. So we make sure you check up on the design, material, and stitching on your product before shipping it alone and that may reduce the chances that may crop out.
